myfate Account Deletion Request

This page explains how myfate users can request deletion of their app account and associated data outside the app.

Deleting your myfate account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. Please cancel your subscription in the store account where you purchased it.

How to Request Deletion

  1. In the app, go to Settings / More → Account → Delete Account.
  2. If you cannot access the app, email support@myfate.ai with the subject "myfate account deletion request".
  3. Include the email address or Google / Apple sign-in account used for myfate. If you purchased a subscription or point package, you may include the Google Play order number or Apple order reference to help verification.

What We Delete

What May Be Retained

Purchase, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained for the legally required period. Retained records are not used for normal app personalization after account deletion.

Processing Time

We normally respond within 30 days after verifying ownership of the account. If local law requires a different timeline, we will follow the applicable law.
